Wizard Darts Story

In February 2018, Land of Oz Arcade Restorations introduced Wizard Darts. These custom dartboards are available both an 84-inch high cabinet and a wall-mounted version at 50 inch high. From that time, we have shipped over 4500 cabinets to customers around the globe.  Each design includes a full-color HDMI touchscreen monitors with your choice of LED lighting for the ultimate game room centerpiece along with gameplay information, this fully interactive board keeps track of player stats, player scorecard, and you can place your profile pictures so everyone feels part of the game. To learn about the features, please read below. If you are in search of a cheaply manufactured product, the Wizard is not for you. The Wizard is a high-end gaming cabinet.

Cabinet Finish

We offer a standard Black & White finish. We have also started our design series which includes Portico Teak, Shaker Cherry & Skyline Walnut. The new design series is a beautiful grain of laminate. Must see in person to appreciate the rich, warm feel. Contact us for further information regarding custom cabinet options.

Wizard Cabinet Series

Each of the cabinets feature our custom locking system – Strongest locking system on the market.

Elite Series  – Wall Mount- Beautiful but simple design. This cabinet is absolutely stunning which feature 360 lighting- 24″ touchscreen and much more.

Legacy Series – Wall Mount – Features a fully customizable lighted marquee- 360 lighting-   24″ touchscreen and much more.

Free Standing – Features a fully customizable lighted marquee- 360 lighting- full slide out drawer – 24″ touchscreen and much more.

Network

Our network works perfect for our touchscreens plus the connectivity is extremely fast. The ultimate goal of the Wizard: walk up to the cabinet, turn on the monitor and lighting and start playing darts. Who wants to fumble and tie up a device when it’s clearly not needed. The network runs full WIFI or CAT6 plug directly into a router. Networks are placed in the cabinet at no additional charge. This network is installed for convenience. If a customer wishes to run their own network and or device, HDMI is fully accessible and ready for your device.

Dart Boards

Choose between the Gran Board 3s blue or green series or limited edition white.  No worries if you already own the dart board. We install the pins and USB to hang your existing board. The board mounts in less than 10 seconds.

Camera

When ordering your custom cabinet, simply select the plug-and-play camera for exciting online action. Play your friends, family or random opponent with full 24″ 1080pHD vision. It’s an absolute blast to play.

Touchscreen

Our team of electronic engineers have spent over 18 months designing and creating the touchscreen that works perfect in our Wizard Darts cabinets. We spent another 3 months testing different types and thickness of glass to ensure safety and integrity remains. We actually tested with 1lb ball drops on all edges and on the screen. This was a very important process when designing. Once we found the perfect glass, we then tested the electronics for consistency and accuracy.

Lighting

We offer only the best lighting options. Every cabinet has the ever popular 360 lighting feature. The high intensity lighting ensures no shadows around the dart board.

Laser throw line

Tired of tape on the floor as a mark. This laser line made by Viper is wired into the cabinet which sets a deep line at the correct throw distance. When finished playing, simply turn it off for the evening.

Z hanging system

What a better feeling than to know your custom cabinet can be installed in under 10 minutes. We have integrated a hanging system that takes the guess work out of mounting your custom Wizard. Once the order has been placed, full detailed instructions will be sent via e-mail.

Ready to Order

Very simple – Navigate to the top of this page. On the main menu bar select dart cabinets. A drop down with the different cabinets are featured – Choose between Elite Series, Legacy Series or Free Standing. In each one, select the cabinet (build your own features) into the custom cabinet, simply click on the “select options” and start building all of the features in the cabinet. The total will calculate at the bottom to stay within your budget. Once you select the features, add to cart and check out.

The Wizard Dart cabinet is built with pride and dedication. The crew at Wizard Darts are true craftsman. We have been designing cabinetry and installing electronics for over 30yrs. We build every cabinet as if it were our own. All cabinets are exclusively cut on CNC equipment. We give a +/- .010 tolerance on all cabinets. Wizard Darts only uses 3/4″ and highest-grade laminates and hardwoods available. We are known for an exceptional quality product.

• CNC cut and lasered
• Build Process – Our specialized team of experts carefully construct the cabinet with the upmost care.
• Electronics – We have a full staff of Electronic Engineers that carefully wire using PLC connectors and high-grade harnesses. At this point the lighting is installed and touchscreen (built) in house is then installed.
• Testing  – Wizards are put through some extreme testing conditions. We run voltage tests for up to 24hrs. I don’t think you want amateurs running the electronics in your home. Equipment in our testing lab include Oscilloscopes/ DMM meters/ Test Results to ensure voltages stay consistent.
• Quality – At this time, the cabinet is cleaned, network installed, and dart board is mounted.
• Shipping – Once we complete all of the important steps, the cabinet is prepared, bubble wrapped and packaged for a pallet shipment with one of our partner carriers.

We have noticed quite a few different cabinets which have all been inspired by Wizard Darts. Some simply have tried to copy the Wizard Darts design. As flattering as this may seem, unfortunately they are only copying the shape of our beautiful cabinets. There is so much more that goes into a Wizard custom cabinet that essentially is almost impossible to copy. Please be careful with the company you choose. Safety and Quality come first and foremost.
